Transfer Notes to and from Hot List

It would be nice to be able to transfer something from the Door Hot List into Notes to allow time to think about a topic / action.
Then it would be nice to transfer the Note to the Door Hot List.
Ultimately, I am looking for an easy way to transfer things from Notes (aka Idea Backlog) and Hot List (things for THIS week)
