Create a View in App for the door's Hotlist so all items can be easily viewed, tagged, categorised in bulk (via a checkbox) select or deleted or archived from the list. I have so much in my hotlist but can't review it to see what should be deleted, archived, organised and pioritised...

Just adding to this. The request is inline with the points discussed in Summit 2, Chapter 5. The Hot List - Problems and possibilities.
The ability to review the Hot List and see this as a source of action and also repository of ideas. But these should be able to be reviewed, prioritised and archived in some way. So that the Hot list remains Hot, and not just a depository of anything that comes along. 
Hot eludes to the fact that there could or should be a cold list. Plus that Hot should be able to be prioritised and even tagged to related to the Goals in our Game.
