Give your stack a title in the end

I would love to name my stack at the end of the stack instead on in the beginning. More often that not things show up while stacking taking a toping in a different direction and giving the stack a name in the end would make it easier to find stacks later to revisit them

We are going to add a question at the end of the stack that asks if you want to change the title of the stack when you get to the end. 
Then you can decide if you want to change the name or stick with the original title.
We need there to be a title at the beginning so you can find the Stack if you don't finish it. 
But this way you can change the name at the end if it no longer fits.
