When the 4 missions are outlined for the upcoming Q- to have these populate over to the "Hot List" as a new target.

User to create either a hit list label or door label based on the complexity of the mission to complete.

Hey Lisa,
I don't think i quite understand your request here. The final missions in your fact map aren't really something that can be completed in a day or even a week. I don't quite see how making Hot List items with them would help, can you give me some more details of your thoughts.

For me, ie; Body
Hire a local Crossfit trainer
Food program- Establish a meal prep plan
Night Decompress
Rowing 2 x's per month
to have the 4 items populated over for each one of Core. 
then, from this point, the user can segment if one of these would become a hitlist to develop the habit of consistency for the Q
or
If this is indeed a Door (especially in Business) then create the action of the warstack to open up the keys.
don't even know if this idea is feasible in code
and IF not, I'll continue with how I've been doing this.  :  )
