+1 on a Fear/Anxiety/Worry Stack

Rather than Anxious... Could it be a "Fear Stack"?

Stack to identify the fear, the story behind the fear, What the impact of the fear would be if it came true, what would you do if the full fear came true. Could have an option for opposite of the fear. What is the impact if the opposite came true, and then perhaps a desired story given the fear / oppostie of fear.

Possible consideration should go as well to linking with the excited stack... I have heard that fear and excitement are two sides of the same coin.

I'm in full agreement with this as I documented an attack that I had yesterday in the Shelter. I believe that there is enough information out there that they can create a specialized Stack when it hits. Once I heard Garrett within his constant speak about how these things that we're facing are not going to physically kill us however there is the fear and the lack of certainty or control that will spin it into the dark. I'm off for it.
